I was featured on House Hunters International in April 2021 with my now ex-husband. It was a fun episode to create, but moving abroad can bring underlying relationship issues to the surface. What I thought would be a better, less stressful existence for us only confirmed that I should have come alone with my son. Moving elsewhere doesn't solve relationship problems. Despite that, we had fun, and I am now living a great life in San Miguel de Allende with my kids. We are mentally healthier and safer, and I am grateful for all the changes that led us here.
